To protect our apples we work with nature, not chemicals. These little devices on the tree give off a pheremone that confuses male moths and stops them being able to breed and infest our apple trees.

At Mr Apple, we only grow apples. It’s all we know, and we’re obsessed with growing the best apples in the world. Apples have been grown in Hawke’s Bay for 150 years and Mr Apple’s apple know-how has been passed down by all the people who grew apples before us. Mr Apple has been growing apples for over 20 years. At Mr Apple we have x people who have worked here for more than 20 years - we’re a bit obsessed with apples and we live apples every day.

We love birds! Having them in our orchards means they can control the kind of pests we don't want near our apples. It's just another way that working together with nature helps us grow better apples for you. Our Orchards are a special place - as the seasons change there's always something to do to help care for our trees and fruit.
