FRUIT PRODUCTION APPRENTICESHIPS

Mr Apple is offering apprenticeships in fruit production in conjunction with Bostocks New Zealand.  The four-year programme offers the apprentices the opportunity to earn while they learn, studying towards a National Certificate in Horticulture (a NZQA Level 4 qualification) while in full-time employment.

Training encompasses fruit production, organic growing, packhouse operation, tractor driving, chainsaw operation and much more.

Successful graduates of the programme will be offered a permanent role in our orchards or packhouses, with good prospects of promotion to become supervisors, foremen or managers.

Please note that you must have at least a Learner Driver Licence and be at least 17 years old to be considered for a Fruit Production Apprenticeship.
