Andrew van Workum
As CEO I maintain very strong links to predominantly European and UK sales base and oversee all sales and marketing strategies for the business.
I say to my guys: I don’t just want to know we’ve had a good result this year. I want them to tell me why and how we got it, so that we can do better and repeat it year after year.
I’ve been in the apple business in New Zealand a long time and I’ve realised that success is really simple. It just takes two things:
First, you’ve got to grow high quality apples.
And second, you’ve got to have customers who get that investing in high quality apples grows their sales.
